I Have Strict Parents

Not letting your parents go to your graduation with you is one the most cruelest thing in the world to do, am I right? Just because you suffered discouragement by them, atleast they were still the ones who paid for your schooling. Can someone talk to me about this

I didn't go to my high school graduation but it was only because I saw no point in wasting 2+ hours sitting in uncomfortable metal chairs just to hear my name announced and finally get my diploma when i can just celebrate at home with people who actually care about me and pick up my diploma the next week. Graduation ceremonies are simply just tradition.

@HermannFegelein what about a college graduation? It's more than Highschool grads because it's once in a lifetime celebration that ends your schooling
