I Wonder What If

What if you were to trust me. To simply lift the veil and let me see.

What if you were to let me in. To simply open your heart and share a moment with me.

What if you were to desire me. To place your lips on mine and kiss me like you meant it.

What if you were to give your heart to me. Even broken, bruised, and damaged, it would be the finest gift I could imagine.

What if you were to give yourself to me. Then you would find that I've already given you all that I am and have.

What if we were to find that love is possible?
