I Am a Healer

Hi, how's everybody doing? I'm honour to know there are healers here. Since I don't want disturbing anyone's inbox, I decided to write here. If you all don't mind, I have a question.
Short story, I found out I can heal physical pain, by touching. I didn't learn, it just came out and it wasn't easy at all for me to accept. Apparently, lately I can do it without touching or seeing the ob<x>ject. However, it moves into me, it's like somehow I'm absorb them and it drains me out and it makes me falling a sick with the same illness. Mainly it's minor ailment because I'm not sure would it be worse to these people/animal or to myself if it's more than that. I only knew 2 people in real life with the same situation by touching and way better than me years before I realised I actually can, but we're lost contact, I wrote it in a group I Believe In Energy Healing.
My question is how to prevent it comes into my body? Once I asked someone online and I got answered to check this person's own website and buy this person's book as well. I respect the choice but no, I don't support business above sacred things. It's just me.
I believe this is quite personal, if anybody knows the answer and willing to share, my inbox would be welcome anytime. There is a story of a woman called Tiffany Snow D.D., she said the same, that pain and illness would manifest on her body after healing other people. In her book she says that she felt guided to do a Reiki course and combine her Reiki healing with prayer (in a way, what she meant is that she surrendered to a Higher Power, and healing is what she does now full time). Basically, Tiffany says that she has no control over how the healing will manifest on other people, and she has no idea whom she will meet next time. She just places her complete trust and will in the hands of the Universe. She also says that since she did the Reiki course (and combine her healing with the prayer ritual), the illness of others no longer manifests on her body. Tiffany is a Christian, but in all honesty, you don't need to be a Christian to do this. The Universe/Source is not bound by any specific religions. She explains in the book that perhaps one of the reasons why Spirit has guided her to do the Reiki, is because many Hospitals in Europe and USA, are starting to open their doors to Reiki healers, and that meant that Tiffany could help a much larger amount of people. My personal opinion is - do what feels right in your heart. Best of luck.
