I'm Always Trying to Understand Why
This is another 'shared' post from a different group. I wonder how many people actually consider what we do when we 'judge' others for what we don't understand.
I'd like to talk about Freemasonry for a minute, as I have seen quite a few posts attacking them and calling them evil. Let me preface what I am about to say by letting you know that I am not a Freemason, nor am I a part of any order, group, sect, etc.
A while back, I was watching a video on YouTube about the Freemasons. This initiate was saying that they had told him to remove his cross and his wedding ring. To him, they were asking him to give up his marriage and his God. When I heard this, the only thing I could think of was that so many people are misunderstanding things. I'm not going to say all of what I think about this. But, I will say, I could bet that both his cross and wedding ring were both made of metal (keep alchemy in mind). The point to this story would be, don't try to demonize something, just because you don't understand it.
