Have you tried making your own? Not exactly the eye appeal of most restaurant sushi but after a while it gets there. Really not that hard, gets easier and better looking each time. You can buy about a 1/2 pound of tuna and 1/2 pound of salmon and feed 5 or six people. Spend $ 20.00 on rice maker.
