I made this sushi last year. It took a very long time but didn't turn out too bad. One of my favorite cooked rolls is a broiled one with salmon,tuna, avocado and spicy mayo with a dot of sriracha. I didn't realize until I took the picture that they look like boobs. LOL. Oh well, tasted good. Unfortunately, I do not have easy access to sushi grade fish so I can only make cooked rolls. My favorites are anything with raw salmon or yellowtail. Yellowtail and green onion...yum...melts in the mouth.
