I Take Public Transportation
Paris is a beautiful city with tons of spectacularly amazing architecture, but getting around this place can be quite challenging!😟 Especially if you're someone like me who hails from a place in the States which has no public transportation whatsoever.😕 We drive everywhere where I'm from, and while I'm very grateful for the break from driving--I have absolutely zero frame of reference for navigating around trains and subways.😞 The underground here is both a blessing and a curse simultaneously!😅 It's definitely convenient for getting around and also for being environmentally friendly by keeping probably jillions of cars off the roads.👍 But omg trying to figure out how to get to where you want to go can be daunting and overwhelming!😬 Especially when you have to change trains.😣 And the smells are assaulting, the germs are rampant, it's extremely grimy, and if you're claustrophobic you might as well just forget about it because sometimes you're packed on there like sardines!!🙄 I'm sure there's a part of me that will probably miss it when I'm back home fighting the insane traffic and all the crazy ass drivers again.😑 But then again I won't miss getting myself lost trying to make it from point A to B with about 3 different points in between on the
