I Had a House Fire
All Im hoping is that the fire that is happening at my grandma's house wasn't started by someone. If I find out it was, the shit going to hit the fan!!

@geoam1 unfortunately, the house has been lived in since January. She passed away Feb so we were in the process of cleaning it out& selling it.

So the house was empty for a year? Sorry but you might have problems because most insurance company's ask that someone visit the house regularly and if the house was empty they may not pay out. Especially if they did not know the house was empty. You know how companys hate to payout and they will find any reason not to pay.

@updown2020 well the house was 3 house was from us so we were there every other day to check things. Insurance companies want your money ur don't pay our if they don't have too
