I Eat Breakfast

So I've been finding I can't stomach milk and cereal lately but I've found you can use yogurt instead. Our supermarket has a great range of stuff for plain or flavoured Greek yogurt. I mostly have like those fruit and nut cereals you know like museli or those special k boxes. Works great. Only time I don't use yogurt is in porridge or wheatabix 😂 cus let's face it that would be gross :p.

Hopefully this helps anyone else out :) I also add chai seeds to my breakfast and I've felt a big difference too ^^ it does help I think but I just use it cus I like it 😂 and adds a little extra to my cereal ^^

I like plain non fat Greek yogurt. I make all kinds of things with it.
