I Hate Being Yelled At

I think I hate being yelled at because I didn't have a family that yelled. I know other people that had had alot of yelling in their family and now it's no big deal them. To me it's terrifying and even traumatizing. While I think it's great and all never hearing my parents argue or raise their voices at each other or us kids, I don't think it prepared me much for the real world. Oh well, I'm learning how to handle it.

You would have been traumatized growing up in that. You can tell they're traumatized because they're acting out in the exact same way. It's good you didn't grow up in that mess. Neither did I.
