I Will Never Again Stay In a Toxic Relationship

Finally broke free of a very toxic relationship. Hope I can now watch out for signs of it in the future.

Yes you've become attached to a person emotionally. And that is normal. It is like an addiction. And while you are breaking free, you will struggle and have withdrawal symptoms. It is hard I know.
