Help on Overcoming Sin/Advice

I am constantly struggling with sin and I have realized that maybe I keep sinning because I don't feel bad about it. So what should a Christian do when he is sinning and doesn't feel bad about it? Any tips/advice would be helpful. I also need help with reading the bible like in consistency. I am not consistent enough with it and I don't read it every day. Some days ago I completed a fast and tried to read 1 bible chapter a day but I didn't finish the whole chapter that day and felt discouraged. So should I do the one year bible reading plan that comes with my kjv or do you think there is a quicker plan that isn't too overwhelming like reading an entire chapter in a day. I feel like I am far from God and I think it is because I keep sinning and I have tried several things to quit it but I always end up coming back to the sin. Give me any suggestions and pray for me if you can, thank you.

Try not to be too hard on yourself. Maybe part of the reason you're having trouble reading the Bible so much is because the Bible is a very dense piece of literature and you need someone to kinda help you interpret it. Maybe you should look for online tools and sermons to sort of filter the Bible through in a way that makes sense to you.
