Help on Overcoming Sin/Advice

I am constantly struggling with sin and I have realized that maybe I keep sinning because I don't feel bad about it. So what should a Christian do when he is sinning and doesn't feel bad about it? Any tips/advice would be helpful. I also need help with reading the bible like in consistency. I am not consistent enough with it and I don't read it every day. Some days ago I completed a fast and tried to read 1 bible chapter a day but I didn't finish the whole chapter that day and felt discouraged. So should I do the one year bible reading plan that comes with my kjv or do you think there is a quicker plan that isn't too overwhelming like reading an entire chapter in a day. I feel like I am far from God and I think it is because I keep sinning and I have tried several things to quit it but I always end up coming back to the sin. Give me any suggestions and pray for me if you can, thank you.

Sin is your nature not your activities. You need to focus on the One who has given you a new nature rather than the activities you don't like. Trust Him. He will never let you down.

I'm kind of confused by what you sent here because isn't reading the bible an activity that is essential to focusing on God even though some times I have difficulty sitting down and reading it or feel guilty to because I've sinned. @hippyjoe1955

@MightyLion The key to your Christian walk is Trusting in the Savior. Yes the Bible is important but if it is confusing to you tell Jesus that you are trusting Him to make it clear to you and read only what He leads you to read. As it is written "Lean not on your own understanding".
