I Think My House Is Haunted

There are good ones and bad ones of spirits and ghosts just like god dreams and bad dreams. Nothing is making sense. Why are they trying to make more contact compared to before.

They've been quiet ish for years and just watching us. Why would they be trying to make contact here willingly. Do ghosts do that? Contact the living willingly?

It stood by my bed last it felt scared or something. Just watching. I named it Arthur years ago because it has never tried to make contact but you knew it was there. I know I'm definitely not going crazy.


The fact it just stood and watched me sleep is unsettling. Then with the night terror of being attacked again by it I'm uncertain of what would happen if I try to make contact. I know everything that's happening is real. Im in no real danger this I know. I'm not insane or anything like that. My house dates back to the Victorian era and was once for people in the workhouse I assume. More research is needed. Need to get to the bottom of it and find a logical answer. Because if ghosts exist then so could other things.

The night terrors are what make it worse. Or at least I think their might Terrors.
