Nah don't do that, you might end up paralysed in a wheelchair or something, and then you'll REALLY feel fucked up.
I'm always reminded of what one guy said after he threw himself off the Golden Gate bridge (but somehow survived):
“I instantly realized that everything in my life that I’d thought was unfixable was totally fixable—except for having just jumped.”
You really don't want to be sitting in your frozen car-wreck thinking that while you watch the emergency services amputating your legs.
Look after yourself.

What will more likely happen is you'll end up ditching the car and have to pay for a tow, or, if you're in a remote area or nobody else is traveling, be unable to call for help. Then you'll get frostbite and lose toes which will kibosh wearing Manolo strappy sandals.
