I Eat Fresh Food - Processed Food Hurts Me and the Environment

I’ve had to because of my diagnosis. I was truly to cut it all out prior to finding out I had cancer. But now my son benefits directly and my extended family benefits indirectly, from learning what I know. I’m considering completing a certificate in nutrition. Processed food is dead, nutritionally deficient. It’s detrimental to your system to eat it because it has no value and your body has to then get rid of it. It may then stay longer than you anticipated, and it starts to make you sick (causes inflammation, heartburn, acid reflux, pains in your body including your joints, etc). Eat real food, whole food. We’re in a health/food crisis.

I ordered konjac noodles on line because I can’t find them locally. I know they’re not fresh but that’s how they come. They're cancer fighters. I think I missed my mail woman so I think the notice I got was to pick it up at the post office. Ugh. What a drag. On the flip side, I’m grateful I can order them and I can pick them up. 🙏🏼#Blessings #Thankful

@jeancolby Cancer feeds on sugar. Sugar is in almost everything we eat and drink in some form or another. Sugar is an acid. Baking soda is a base which neutralize acid. You can check your PH balance in your body with a kit.
Interesting. My ex was all about consuming bitter foods for this very reason.@MrBrownstone
What I know is that tumeric needs heat to get into your system. It’s a big part of curry dishes and I don’t like curry so I’m looking at other ways to incorporate it. I’ve heard of baking soda - my understanding is that it’s only effective if directly infused into the tumour or the area of the cancer cells. This I cannot do on my own. @MrBrownstone
