I Like My Username
Somebody asked me what the story behind my username is, so I thought I’d write about it here.

I chose my username because it’s the name of my favourite song. “Focus” is a song by Ariana Grande, who became a major part of my life after the bombing at the Manchester Arena. She, along with everybody else I met that night, helped me pull through one of the most difficult experiences of my life so far. I was lucky enough to survive, unlike the 22 angels who lost their lives on what should have been one of the best days of those lives. I’ll never forget how much of an inspiration Ariana has been for every single person who was there that night: for somebody who’s only six years older than me, she’s done an absolutely amazing job and she’s made us all so proud and happy.
