I Think Teachers Deserve More Money
I feel that better and experienced teachers would be hired if schools paid teachers a lot more to teach. There wouldn't be as many teachers who don't care about their work or their students in classrooms.

Education has notoriously been the easiest degree on campus and the lowest paid profession . People understand that going in . Many change to education from engineering, premed , pre law , etc because they are failing those courses and don't want their parents to jerk them out of school.. so they tell mom and dad that they really want to teach , mainly because they can still get into that program with a bad GPA. Then once they graduate , and do their student teaching ... they get a job offer and they sign a contract with a school district that clearly outlines their salary structure . After all of that ... it seems ridiculous for people to complain about teacher's salaries .
