It looks like i miscarried into the toilet but im not pregnant

My periods are always painful and notoriously heavy and bad. This time I felt a large clump fall into the toilet and when I looked it looked like carnage in there. A huge clump. I swear it looked like I miscarried but I'm not even pregnant
