I Appreciate Solitude And Silence

Awww … silence. I am holding tight to this moment. For the past 10 days I've had company, and went to Pigeon Forge, Tenn. People, noise, busyness...! It's been wonderful but sigh... Lordy be I am so happy to be alone on my porch with only the sounds and sights of Nature.

YES! I go to my cabin in Colorado every chance I get. Nothing but Deer, Elk, Coyotes, Raptors, Rabbits, Birds, Squirrels, Bears, and Mountain Lions for neighbors. I would not trade the silence at night for any city in the world. And the STARS....

When one is used to being at peace in paradise, it is hard to leave it. That's what I love about my mobile home. A piece of paradise. Forests. Beaches. Things would be intolerable much more had I not this home.
