Your facial hair isn't bad and you have good eyebrows band eyes. The only issues I see physically is some extra weight. I myself am overweight but working on losing it.

@WillH43 that will help, but the main part of losing weight is diet really. Switch to a diet high in leafy green veggies, protein and fibre.
