No, those things are based on very poor science. How did you find out about the adoption from a test like this?

Well I believe its pretty accurate from the family passing down information
and my daughter was my number one match then found out about a half sister who was my second closest match. Then I read her profile and she mentioned she was looking for her birth mother. My mother's full name was there. I almost fainted. @Dolimyte

@SW-User I didn't realize it matched you to other users. That's cool that you found a sibling that you didn't know.
I was referring to the way they determine ancestry, also the fact that identical twins can get differing results.

When I found out my test results it was spot on. Finding out about a half sibling was shocking and still is.
I don't understand how dna works with twins but in my case, it did. It even showed on a map exactly where my great grandfather came from in Sweden. @Dolimyte
