Can you make a friend in the astral plane? Or is that dangerous?

I guess it would depend on if the entity had hostile intentions if not then it's pretty safe I have a few friends in astral and one stalker or at least she acted like one the last time I saw her.

I've gotten a little better. I'm using that method where you project through lucid dreaming. I felt myself drift out a bit and my vision got sharper, but tested if I was projecting by thinking of my body and I woke up. I immediately went back to sleep and continued where I left off (i read this would work in a few articles). I was trying to meet someone I met again. I'm trying to stay lucid so I don't just end up having a regular dream and not project, but I think I'm getting closer to my goal. I have seen the person, but I haven't been able to communicate because of my trouble of staying focused, but last night was certainly an improvement! Now I just need to focus on communicating so I can say what I need to say!
