I Would Love To Own A Dungeon

We recently purchased a house with a ba<x>sement that has an offset room that is closed off. My wife enjoys bondage and such. I am thinking of quickly converting it into a dungeon for the evening and may add to if she enjoys it. Thoughts or suggestions?
