I Have Been Busy

Hey everyone, i have actually been on SW till the start. due to some opinions i have about the website i have been inactive. just logging on to let everyone know that i am doing well and i am currently very busy running my own LGBT news company which is becoming very successful. i am not sure if this is advertising but i wont be on here much so if you want to stay in contact please message me via insta @shard_lgbt

Uh-oh! Running a company is very demanding. 😉 It requires maturity and stability and a good sense of responsibility. And a fair measure of adulting. I'm afraid, you're becoming an adult, in spite of yourself.

Congratulations. I didn't run a company until I was 34.

Good job. Do you have a link to the news pages? Or is that address above, it? I admire young ambition. I have a great grandson who just turned 18, and he too, is ambitious. But he hasn't become a business owner yet.

@Serenitree The whole company concept is based around social media. We do have a website but at the moment it’s mainly for contact information

I am currently brainstorming if we should also feature some stuff on the website but it will be at least a week until a decision has been made

Maybe I could get your grandson to help with something, it would have to be a volenteer role as at the moment we are a non profit company as we have only just started

I am currently looking for a co manager in running our social accounts as I also have college to attend so I can’t always be thinking about the buisness

Jobs would include posting news stories on a daily basis to our instagram and snapchat accounts. We do also use twitter but an app automatically runs that for us

@Clarkson I'll mention this to him. Let him contact you if he's interested. He's got one more year of high school, and he's a volunteer for the Green Party, currently representing them in a campaign in New Brunswick. He is quite knowledgeable about computers. He is a consultant for small mom and pop type stores which he noticed had no website or online ads. He went door to door last summer and spoke to them about getting started with this kind of thing. He got six clients. Not many, and he isn't charging as much as other consultants tell him he should, but he knows this is just until he starts back in high school, beginning of October, because he plans to go to Humber Institute of technology and needs exceptional grades to be accepted.

I will talk to him about you though. And give him that instagram link.

@Serenitree it was a thought but at the moment we are small so maybe in 6 months or so I may concider it
