@billybcgn25 Is it also possible for women not to wear underwear or do they have to to use tampons/pads?

@BanPlastic Well, it depends (no pun intended). During their period, either one I'm guessing is used, but with tampons, a pad isn't needed. That said, as women age they, like men, lose some muscle tone and start dribbling... So some may want to go commando, but find it necessary to use a pad to catch the urine.
