I use to think that some were doing this so women would chat with them, because of self-esteem issues. Now I think it's some sort of fetish. Still, it's creepy that some men do this.

It's possibly some sort of fetish. Or because they just want women to talk to them. Who knows? Haha They are usually pretty easy to spot. I just stay away from them. :)
