Getting there slowly but surely!

[center]Found out on the 27th of April I went down 3 more pounds. I’m now 205, getting close to my goal weight !!





I’m enjoying the extra energy 😊 finally got that Planet Fitness membership as well. Have an appointment with a trainer to help me get a flat stomach. [/center]

Beautiful already.. no need to change but GOOD JOB..

No idea what you are doing to lose.. excersize is good but so are vegetables and an abundance of water.. water breaks down everything in you.. water.. water water.. good luck.

If one is trying to win a war and only attacks the enemy one direction when they have the ability to attack from a multitude of directions, they may acquire that victory. It is far better to totally decimate the opposition from every direction in your power.

I exercise, fill up on veggies, water, I walk about 5-6 miles, stay away from sugar etc. @Jdanielb
