I Am Losing Weight

I am FINALLY in ONE-derland! I was 238lbs last year and this morning I was 198.6lbs. Super, super proud of myself. I still have a way to go (I'd like to lose at least another 30lbs) but hey, it's a great start and it's not through a fad diet! :D

Congratulations on losing weight. When I graduated high school I was almost 260lbs. Was able to drop 100lbs which was awesome. Never give up and keep working on it.

@Starsandfire thank you. It sucks bc on the outside I look fine but inside the pain is so great. You know what it does to the body. It's nice to know people know about 5h3 disease. Wouldn't wish this on anyone
