I always remember a therapist I had as a kid that used to tell me to imagine smelling the roses and then blowing out the candles to make me take slow deep breaths - it’s surprisingly calming

@SW-User I use that one with my daughter actually when she has a tantrum!

@SW-User it’s something I still use, I find it comforting. Maybe because it’s also nostalgic from when I was younger 🤷🏻‍♀️
