I Love Venice

My family home is in San Polo, Venezia. We have lived in the city for over five hundred years, my family supplied goods to the city from antiquity. My home is a sanctuary from many aspects of life, a place of peace I had forgotten about living in Bergamo.

My welcome home was so beautiful, my parents so relieved to see me, after nearly five months apart. My journey here was in part an awkward one, but I am home, and happy to be home too.
