The Person Behind The Stained Glass Window
I think of people as stained glass windows; When the sun is out we sparkle; But when darkness sets in; Where do we find our light to carry us through; Some never find their light; They become daunted by the enormity of their grief and abandon their life. Their are those who's suffering and damaged lives are beyond mending and the cracks remain with them visible to the world.
But I have seen the worse kind off suffering; And the people who admist all their pain and grief; Still finds their light from within; They smile even when they are sad; When the storm calms down; They look for the rainbow. They have shown courage to find themselves; Patience to accept the truth.
