And how do you call someone who is fine with the idea that someone lives in such a house if he has worked hard for it ( financial speculation is not hard working), but at the same time realises that resources are scarce and it must not happen at the expenses of others having no place to live at all?

I don't have a problem with it, not with capitalism. What bothers me some times is the easy way some make money, just by knowing the right people, ore by selling shit ore illusions, I've seen in general it take's also a certain heartlessness and hardness, not to say being mean to get rich, many will disagree, but this is just my opinion.

I think it does not make sense to pigeonhole people into categories. This is especially so with the left/right political dichotomies so prevalent in the western world. They sound really alien to me in this part of the world.

Well the person who lives in such a fine house also built that house now pays more in property taxes that go to schools to better educate all children rich or poor alike. Allowing them the opportunity to climb out of poverty.

Bogus statement.
A socialist thinks "Why on earth would anyone need such a house ?"
A capitalist thinks "Imagine the profit I'll make when I come to sell it !"

"Everyone should be able to live like this"
