I Hate Cleaning

Call a professional. Its not that expensive

I usually have to force myself as I don't have much energy to begin with.

My motivation is I don't want to listen to my wife gripe about "what a sty" this place is (it's not).

I feel ya, but do you find once you start cleaning, and one thing leads to another, and before you know it, you're in your neighbors house cleaning behind the oven?
