married now to my much older husband for 2 years, been together for just over 3 years & to think people told us it would not last 6 months, just goes to show age is just a number

I started dating my husband when I had just turned 13 and he was 27 1/2. We got married when I was 19. I loved him with all my heart. My mother was 15 when she met my father and he was 30. They were married until he passed away.
My husband and i had two kids together before he was killed. I miss him every day.
So should he had gone to jail? Or my dad gone to jail?
