I forgot how horrible it can be (physically and emotionally) what do you ladies do to find relief during that horrible week?

Cramping is horrible - they feel like contractions 😫😭
I get so nauseous and weak, can't eat, everything hurts.
And that ^ is just the tip of the iceberg....

@Feature: oh I know it was a joke. I just didn't find it funny given I just lost my twins in December.
