Very often people are stuck in a job just for health insurance to care for their health that is being destroyed by their job.
Been there, done that, and I can sympathise with it.

When younger and strong I suppode one can reasonably push oneself beyond the ordinary but over time as the years get on its best to start taking it a little easy.
