I have plantar fasciitis but i'm trying to lose weight, just trying to decide if i should take time off or power through it

I also have issues with my hip, lower back, and knee, so you see it always feels like something's not working right anyway.

(1) make sure you get the inserts for your shoes, they make a big difference.
(2) Use swimming as your exercise, it's much kinder on the joints as well as the feet

i have inserts, but they don't fit in my summer work shoes; i'll be wearing them more often once we get into boot season. and i don't know how to swim. anyway, the last time i took swimming lessons my orthopedist advised me to stop because of the problems with my hip.
