Should I be worried?

Blood tests last three months have been showing that I have Sjögren’s syndrome.
They did a biopsy on my lip which showed nothing. Now they want to do a biopsy on saliva glands next to my jaw. What else are they checking for? If the blood tests are showing up that I have this syndrome why the biopsies?
