I have an exercise bike, but I soon got fed up and went back on the real one. Perhaps if I'd put a screen with cyclestreets/ google streetview or something on the handlebars instead of the wretched stats...

I would recommend doing 25+ burpees per day. I think that is as efficient and simple of an exercise as you could do. Little effort, little time, maximum benefits.
