Are you keeping fit while isolating, or putting on some pandemic pounds?

I'm lucky I have a gym in my garage which I only normally use in between going to my local gym, but now I'm in my gym around five times a week ...so don't expect I will put on any weight"..

Well, stress can cause eating or lack of appetite. So it will partly depend on if people are stressed or anxious. Anxiety makes people ignore food because of the sick feeling.

In terms of food, we are rationing ourselves. So I in my case it will be "lockdown pound loss".

I’m getting out once a day walking, I normally walk more 🐶 🐾 but only allowed out once a day. 🌿
