Anyone have any idea?

At, seemingly, any given time my body will break out. It itches worse than anything i can describe and ive shredded my body and broken my nails ive scratched and scratched so much. Went to see a doctor, said it was staph, gave me antibiotics, and here i am, still suffering. The antibiotics didnt do anything, because its not an infection. Its a reaction. I am certain. Ive come to the conclusion that it is heat induced. HOWEVER! When i go for my run every morning, needless to say, everywhere i have scratched burns like i poured caustic acid on it. But only for a minute. A literal, actual, minute. After the sweat starts pouring, the burning and stinging stops completely. My limbs feel “normal” as long as i am working out. I stop, cool down, come down, and the itching starts again. The only hypothesis i can come up with is based in ignorance. It has something to do with the sweat flushing out my pores. Essentially cleaning my pores from the inside, and thats why i have relief for a while. I do not know though, im not sure how to test this. I am also not a licensed dermatologist. Not like that would matter, id probably prescribe myself antibiotics, wouldn't i? Pfft! All i know is that it is NOT an infection, the affliction flares up seemingly randomly, (unless im in direct sunlight or in a hot environment) and the only things that seem to help is sweating and topical anesthetics. Ive tried hydrating and vitamin rich creams. That doesnt seem to help much.
These types of responses are often difficult to diagnose.. The obvious advice is to see a dermatologist. Take plenty of pictures. (As you have done) It is an immune response of some form and you seem to have found the trigger points. This is good news sometimes it's hard to consistently find the cause. Hopefully with this data in hand they will find a solution for you..
Good luck..

Thats expensive @Majorlatency
Sorry I forget myself
(I'm in Canada) You need to research though and find a specialist that will take this matter seriously.. Good luck..

Maybe exercise induced Vasculitis?
ShadowOfMyself · 31-35, M
Did you read the whole post? I did. He sold me scripts for antibiotics and sent me on my way. @Keepitsimple

Ok. Maybe you wrote the story screwy. You went to a doctor. A general doctor doesn’t know it all.@ShadowOfMyself

I wasn't going anywhere until my boss picked me up and said to me “you're going” i went to wherever they took me too. I was adamant about not going to any form of healthcare service (extortion racket in america) so they forced me. I am not 100 percent if it was a specialty or not. However, the result was an expected one. From me anyway. I feel like the whole experience reinforces my point about avoiding healthcare providers at dire costs. I feel like my life is better suited in my hands rather than ignorant stranger, and every experience i have with that industry just reinforces my point.
I dont know the specialty of the doctor i saw. I assumed it was a skin specialist because of the nature of my affliction. Good point you made, i can be very wrong @Keepitsimple

Are you on city water?? Fluoride that is added to the water does that.
ShadowOfMyself · 31-35, M
I avoid tap water at all costs. America had the lowest standards, for just about everything, and i will avoid that crap and only shower in it. I avoid fluoride too. Not even in my toothpaste. Ive come to the conclusion that, somehow, fluoride kills your instinct. Not sure how, not sure why, but i have seen it with my own eyes. Fluoride will dull, if not kill, your instincts. So, no. I dont drink tap water, i avoid fluoride @curiosi

@ShadowOfMyself Showering in fluoridated water is worse than drinking it. Your digestive tract has enzymes that will kill off some of it. Showering in it sends it directly to your blood stream. Fluoride calcifies the pineal gland. Your pineal gland is what helps your instincts.

Its not like i can go to walmart “yes, i would like 25 gallons of shower water please.”
Im kind of limited when it comes to bathing. I usually take military showers but since this skin condition popped up ive been in 3x longer because of the stuff i have to use. I got oatmeal body wash and that actually helps to an extent. It helped when i had chicken pox, i figured why not? But yeah, kinda havta shower in it. I refuse to take fire baths....nasty motherfuckers @curiosi

Are there hives that form,?
Coralmist · 41-45, F
@ShadowOfMyself Well for one don't scratch them directly if possible, just scratch around them. Hives look like a little welt almost or inflamed bug bite on a way.. Google hives and compare your skin. If it is, then maybe take just two Benadryl....that brings hives down, helps them go away.. if you regularly get them and it's hives could be something you're eating or new soap? Get allergy test at doctor. Sometimes they can be stress related too

Good idea. Thank you@Coralmist
