Yes. If I get into an accident before I am too old to have my organs be of value to anyone, I will be harvested of anything that can save or improve someone else's life. My last act, after my death, will be to bless someone who needs it desperately.

No, not much point.. my parents have the say so, and a girl my age would be autopsied with little concern about organ donation at that point..
