Yes......worst part is drinking the prep the day prior. It tastes like a sick lemon lime ...you don't drink it......you slug it down your throat. As much as you can handle without stopping.
I had to drink a gallon of it. But I read that they have a new cleanser available that only requires you to drink a quart. That is a lot better than drinking a gallon of lemon lime stuff.
Then, the worst part if having to use the bathroom every 10-15 minutes for 3,4 hours .
Then, when you wake up you are starving. Because you have not eaten in 12-18 hours.
And you can't eat until after it is done.
I have had 3. I had 2 without anesthesia. If you can handle it without getting put to sleep, go for it. It's fun to watch the doc send the camera up your colon.........all the way to your appendix......while you watch.
It only takes 25-30 minutes.
If you can do it without sedation you can walk right out and begin your day. Otherwise, you will be in bed for the rest of the day.....with an upset stomach from the sedation.
Tip: Request that it be done as early as possible..7AM, 8AM.........the sooner it is done, the sooner it is over and the sooner you can eat again. You will be starving.

@SW-User yes every physical since i was 45 all men should, of course they dont. doc adorns his rubber gloves ,tell me it might uncomfortable ,that part i got down pat, while he is rooting round looking for my Postrate just how big is my bottom, only to find it then begin to strangle it ,telling me oh yes it feels good nice and spongy terry, thanks doc are you done 😥

@SW-User all men should from the age of 42 and above,should have the exam once a year every year.the earlier they detect any thing gives you of better chance survival, and though i bitch im glad i do it so far so good cheers cupcake sorry to be so graphic lol 🤗
