Can you still be schizophrenic even if you don’t hear voices?

@Lynchianbabe I only talked to someone online and on the phone who was a grad student working on their phd so I guess I really wasn't actually diagnosed. About some strange stuff and like a different person I become. But I have talked to others who had been and not all heard voices and some said they heard voices but thought they were people talking about them not to them.
