That happens a lot and could be due to any number of things, most of which aren't serious. But you should certainly see a doctor if your next period doesn't come on time or if there are any synptoms like spotting blood or pain...

I'd see the doc and if you've only taken a urine test, I'd take a blood pregnancy test. They are more accurate, earlier.

There are tons of reasons why you could have missed your period. Stress, weird hormone levels... You should see a physician to rule some of them out.

Im not a huge supporter of medical personnel but I think you need to see a doctor if you think this is a problem.
