Higher estrogen dose birth control

About two months ago they upped my dose of estrogen in my birth control due to my pcos. Lately I’ve been so upset and feel so lonely. I’m not sure if this is a seasonal thing or if my pills are getting to me. I’ve really been losing my temper a lot too. Like I can’t keep my cool. Any solutions or advice on this?
