Just put hydrogen peroxide on it and don't touch it. Touching it will irritate it. It should go away on its own.

@Firestarter don't do that. How does this person know it's not a swollen lymph node or needs better care than you have at home? Abscesses can indicate serious issues. Not every lump is acne.
