Walk. I get cramps in my legs all the time and it's hard to do but if you can get up and pace the floor a little bit the cramp will start to ease up.

I straighten my feet and curl my toes. It seems to stretch the calf muscle so that it does not cramp. It works for me.

@hippyjoe1955 calf muscle. I did too lifts and walked, drank water, took a long time to get over it. Problem was it happened just as we were getting frisky.

Ha ha that blows mushrooms!!! Likely need to prevent it by drinking more milk. Treatment is simply pull the toe toward the knee and stretch it out.
