I Have Children and Step Children

Got my son's death certificates today. What was left of him -- the ashes, cinders, and dust from having been cremated - came to my brother in an urn a few days ago. In a house in Merced Kevin Lee Harris's life ended 15 days after his 19th birthday. He had obviously been poisoned. The toxicology report indicated that he had taken opioids. This was not longer after his previous overdose which occurred on 12 15 2020 also in Merced which occurred after he had taken lean, oxycodone or pecocet, and elavil. He was rescued at that point but had not sought any follow-up help nor had even notified us of what had happened. I don't think he had been offered any follow-up assistance (such as detoxification, counseling, therapy, medication management or other elements of rehabilitation) either.
